Everything is done to reassure the consumer who aspires to find entertainment and new products on the shelves.

You have to adapt to the context !

Indeed, the commercial animators had to adapt their habits, their behavior or even their sales pitch … To do this, we have to support them and give them the means to work in the best possible conditions.

A consumer delighted by the return of commercial events

The consumer’s fears were quickly lifted in view of the safety devices put in place and the barrier gestures practiced. So much the better! Because the latter now aspires to find a link, a human contact that he had been able to maintain before the health crisis, and despite the wearing of a mask and social distancing, this contact takes place naturally and without particular constraints.

So of course we are not yet talking about store tastings but rather product demonstrations (Hard Selling), but it is already a first step towards a return to “normal” much awaited by consumers.

The sales pitch, however, is slightly different from “before”, namely that the sales representative takes more time to interact with the consumer who has been out of touch for some time and to reassure him by listening and advice. . Brand activation is very popular with customers who are now looking to add something new to their previously stereotypical shopping lists with “essential” purchases.

The host, the brand’s essential ambassador !

The time has not yet come when we can do without store animators, especially to present promotional offers. Indeed, given the context and to limit contact, paper supports are limited (magazines, catalogs, coupons); this is why the animator has all his role to play  : relaying new products, promotional offers on the ground and reflecting the brand’s dynamism through his presence, his attitude, his arguments, which make him a true ambassador of the mark  !
