The goal was to maximize the visibility of L’Oréal beauty products while boosting sales through a strategic approach. A carefully designed pop-up store was created, combining drama and impactful merchandising. The stand, designed to maximize the appeal of the makeup and skincare lines, captured visitors’ attention thanks to its ergonomic layout and striking visuals.
The host, trained specifically for the event, played a central role in supporting customers with expertise and personalized advice. A true brand ambassador , she not only strengthened the customer experience, but also encouraged immediate purchases .
This operation perfectly illustrates how a supplementary sales force can increase sales performance at key moments, such as the launch of new products or the promotion of special offers.
